Worst customer service - kuerig

The customer service department of Keurig is state of the art, the top in there field, the best in class, for being the Worst in the World. The score a 100% for the worst I have dealt with. The company should be most proud of there team members, they torture there customers, maybe not literally but definitely in every other way. Next time I need to waste my money and time I will give them a call. The only thing I regret is that I couldn't make a U tube video about my wasted time, would of Won an Academy Award for "Worst Customer Service" if you are thinking about buying one, please don't waste your time and money
